Do-It-Yourself Stir-Fry Concept Launches Tokyo Metro Noodles and Introduces a Whole New Asian Take on a Classic Cocktail

Traditionally known for offering customers the opportunity to create their own entrees, BD’s now offers customers delicious bowls created by their expert chefs, prepared to order and delivered directly to the table. In this way, each guest can be served exactly as they wish. Available May 26 through August 16, comic book fans and new guests alike are invited to tantalise their taste buds with the unique chef-designed bowl, featuring premium sirloin steak tips, red bell pepper, edamame , shiitake mushrooms, carrots and yakisoba noodles, tossed in our homemade Shanghai sriracha sauce. Guests can also pair this delicious bowl with an all-new craft cocktail, an Asian take on an American classic, the Tom Collins. BD’s version is Lychee Elderflower Collins, shaken with Ketel One™ Vodka, St-GermainÒ Elderflower Liqueur, REAL™ Lychee Syrup, fresh lemon juice and club soda. This cocktail will be available for just $6 for a limited time only.

“Customers are in for a treat with our new chef-designed Tokyo Metro Noodle Bowl,” said Gregg Majewski, General Manager of BD’s Mongolian Grill. “This bowl is absolutely pleasing to the palate and we are more than excited to be able to continue to expand our appeal to new and existing customers by introducing even more innovative menu items. Chef-crafted bowls are a relatively new concept for us. , and when we tested this bowl at our Chicago-area locations, it quickly became one of our best-selling dishes. We look forward to continuing to provide every customer with the best possible experience and to provide new flavor profiles to expand our appeal to even more people.

Speaking of innovation and thinking differently, BD’s is also launching an all-new appetizer that’s a unique take on a Southwestern classic. The Korean quesadilla launches on 5/26 and features chicken breast seasoned with spicy gochujang, honey, lemon, rice vinegar and garlic. The unique ingredient here is kimchi – one of Asia’s most enduring condiments – which makes this quesadilla truly one of a kind. Available for just $9.99, the Korean quesadilla is served with a crisp homemade chili ranch.
